NOTES FROM THE OFFICE

Buy your yearbook!  Cost is $30. The yearbook is put together by our students for our students.  Our High School students put it together, 5th & 6th graders are photographers.  You won't want to miss this years issue.  Order soon.

Volunteer help is needed for the following:

  • Shoveling snow off of the portable decks and walkways
  • Assisting with recess, lunchroom duty and in the office on December 11th from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
  • Classroom cleaning
  • Refereeing basketball games (schedule to be determined)
  • Chairing next year’s fundraising auction

Don’t forget that each family must complete 25 hours of approved volunteer work per school year. We have already completed three months of the school year so if you haven’t done any volunteering yet, now is the time to get started.

School Supplies
Please see "Our Classes" and choose your student's grade for a current supply list.  All students are asked to bring 2 reams of plain white paper to the office to be used for their class over the course of the year.  Each student, 1st grade and beyond will also need an NIV bible for class.  CCA is a participant of Office Depots School Reward Program.  When purchasing items at he this store let them know you would like CCA to recieve rewards from your purchase .

Our school ID is 70121581

Hot Lunch
CCA proudly offers a hot lunch program.  For families who are struggling financially there is also a Federal Reduced Cost Lunch program.  The office can help you with the form that needs to be filed in order to receive reduced lunch if necessary.  The cost for hot lunch can be found at the top of this page.

CCA Board Members Needed
Our board over the summer has hammered out a new budget, worked on increasing our presence in the community and developed a marketing plan.  Our board is made up of a group of Christian leaders both from CCA and our local community.  Many of our members have served over the requested term of 3 years and now they would like to pass the reigns.  We are in need of a few Christian leaders with a heart of the mission of bringing Christian education to our youth at CCA.  Please pray about your possible involvement.  If you are interested you can contact the office for more information.
